Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your counselling session please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

When sessions are cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice then there is no charge to you.
If you are an individual counselling client and cancel your session with less than 24 hours' notice then you will be charged for 80% of the session fee.
If you are a Family Court counselling client and cancel your session with less than 24 hours' notice then you will be charged 100% of the session fee.
The reason for the difference is that extra reading of Court documents, preparation and consultation with legal personnel is entailed prior to Court reportable therapy sessions and this time cannot be recouped if sessions are not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
The reason for late cancellation/non attendance fees is that the time allotted is your time which I make available solely for you and your needs. The session can't be offered to another client if the appointment is not attended or if it's cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellation and non attendance charges do not accrue a Medicare rebate because no service is provided.
